About the Founder
Tanaesa Costa-Riley started Prettae Hearts in 2022 with a vision to help underprivileged communities with medical resources and personal care items. She has, in many ways, served the community in one aspect or another and is a voice of advocacy for those in need.
Tanaesa is currently a Registered Nurse and has served in many capacities within the medical field for over 10 years. Her passion and commitment for nursing earned her a spot as a member of both the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc and Chi Eta Phi nursing sorority of which she maintains with high regard.
Tanaesa leads with her heart and her passion for helping people in need grace has lead her to places such as Calgary, Canada and rural Alaska where she concentrated her efforts to the needs of various underprivileged communities. It’s no surprise that she has received recognition for her community involvement and has most recently been honored to receive The Volunteer of the Year award from the University of North Florida Black Alumni Chapter.
Her love for humanity is the motive power that drives her to be impactful in a multitude of ways and she is committed to feeding the homeless, donating essential items to homeless shelters and sponsoring Christmas toy drives each and every year.
